Demi infused Filet mignon sautéed with aged balsamic vinegar, garlic, red wine, fresh thyme, bay leaf, black pepper;
laid on a bed of garlic mashed red potatoes

Chocolate Grand Marnier Torte
Paired with our pure pressed strawberry sangria
