The Vineyard Bar and Courtyard accommodates 25 to 100 guests and is ideal for a more relaxed, social atmosphere. It’s perfect for gatherings where you envision guests mingling with a glass of wine in hand rather than sitting through a formal, seated dinner.

Every event at Willow Creek Winery includes floor-length ivory damask linens, 60-inch round tables that seat up to 10, and wooden cross-back chairs. All the essentials are included, from flatware to china, wine glasses, and water glasses so you won’t need to worry about rentals.

You and your guests can also enjoy our vineyard grounds for photos before or after your event, with plenty of on-site parking. 

To take your event to the next level, we offer upgrades such as gold Chiavari chairs, a cozy fire pit for cooler evenings, and a sangria bar to give your guests an even wider selection of wines. While outside food beyond the cake isn’t permitted, our in-house catering team can collaborate with you on dessert options if you’d like something prepared on-site. 

How far in advance should I book for a milestone party? 

We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance, especially for weekends between May and October. Weekdays and off-season dates offer more flexibility, but our most popular times tend to fill up quickly.

What happens if my guest count changes? 

Your final headcount and dietary restrictions must be submitted 2 weeks before your event. If your numbers go up, we can usually accommodate that as long as the space you’ve booked has capacity. If your count drops, you’ll be billed for the final number you confirm, not the original estimate. 

Is there a preferred vendor list for things like flowers or a DJ? 

Yes, we provide an exclusive vendor list of highly recommended service providers once you book. If you already have vendors in mind, you are welcome to bring them in, as long as they provide a Certificate of Insurance for their services.
