A Celebration of Irish Heritage | Friday, March 13 – Sunday, March 15
Each March, we gather at Willow Creek Winery not just to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day — but to honor and preserve Irish heritage through music, dance, food, and community. It’s a tradition we’re proud to continue here in Cape May, welcoming families and friends to experience the culture in a meaningful and festive way to benefit the NJ Farmers Cooperative.
Throughout the weekend, the vineyard comes alive with authentic Irish entertainment. The Emerald Isle Academy of Dance performs daily from 4–5 PM, bringing the energy and artistry of traditional Irish step dancing to the tasting room. The Irish Pipe Brigade will fill the air with the unmistakable sound of pipes and drums (Friday & Sunday 4:30–6:30 PM, Saturday 1–3 PM), a powerful reminder of the deep roots and history behind the celebration. Gordon Vincent will also be performing live, adding to the weekend’s lively atmosphere.
From 11:30 AM – 6 PM each day (rain or shine), the Open-Air Artisan Market returns, featuring talented local makers and craftspeople — a perfect complement to a weekend rooted in culture and community.
Of course, no St. Patrick’s celebration would be complete without something special from the kitchen and bar. Look for Irish-inspired food, festive Irish Willow Whips, and a proper pour of Guinness to toast the occasion.
We invite you to join us for a weekend that is joyful, spirited, and deeply rooted in tradition.
This celebration is made possible by funds from the Cape May County Board of County Commissioners via the Cape May County Division of Culture & Heritage, a partner of the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
