Where better to wine and dine your sweetheart this Valentine’s Weekend than with Valentines at the Vineyard at Willow Creek Winery, Cape May?  Set the stage for seduction with a 5-course aphrodisiac menu by master chef Brian Parker paired with our vintners’ curated wine selections. Dine by candlelight in front of our roaring fire to the smooth sounds of our live musicians to create an evening of romance you’ll never forget! Socially-distanced seating is extremely limited, so please reserve early.

1st Course
Dueling Crab stuffed with shrimp, citrus cream
Jackfruit crabcake, citrus coconut “cream”

Wine | 2018 Malvasia Bianca Front Field– Steel-fermented, lush white wine with aromas of honey & pear.

2nd Course
Caprese Stack
balsamic reduction, basil chiffonade
Tomato-tofu Stack
balsamic reduction, basil chiffonade
Wine | 2019 Pinot Gris- Estate grown, steel fermented, citrus tones with hints of pear and apricot. Would recommend water or club soda to cleanse the palate.

Smoked Prime Rib
with horseradish mashed potatoes, truffled haricot vert
Blackened Salmon
topped with mango chutney, herbed rice, truffled haricot vert
Roasted Vegetable Zucchini Roll
sauced with lemon-shallot olive oil, herbed rice

Wine | 2019 Bacchus Red– A meritage of our 2017 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon & 2016 & 17 Lemberger. Bold and earthy, with deep red fruit notes balanced with savory spice.

5th Course
Hand-dipped dark-chocolate-covered strawberries
Wine | Wilde Cock Red– California Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Estate Merlot, lush, full-bodied table red, with notes of blackberry, & a subtly spicy finish.
